Scott Kolbeck
Scott founded the company in 1999 and opened the doors for it's first customer in 2000. Previously he was a District Manager with Woods Equipment Company. He is originally from South Dakota and then spent many years in Colorado before moving to Kansas City in 1991 with his wife, Lisa.
Scott enjoys NASCAR and IRL as well as college and pro football.

Johnnie Walker
Johnnie started with Scott’s Tractor & Equipment in 2000. Johnnie grew up in the industry with his father being a Factory Rep for many years. When Johnnie was in high school he started a lawn care business which grew into a very successful business. A couple of years after school, he decided to follow a different path, but eventually came back to what he knows and enjoys.
Because Johnnie has been at Scott's since the beginning, he has seen every part of our business grow and become a very integral part of the success. He is willing to continue to do whatever the customer asks of him to keep our business growing in the same direction.
In his free time he enjoys spending time with his wife Erin and their two children Regan and Kyle. He also likes to ride his motorcycle when he gets the chance.

Doug Chapman
Doug joined the forces at Scott’s Tractor & Equipment in 2002 as our Parts Manager, bringing with him 16 years of experience in the OPE industry. As a kid he spent many hours in the cab of a tractor at the family farm, and it was only natural that he pursued a career involving tractors and OPE.
Doug is an avid bowhunter and fisherman, and has fished the Cabela's King Kat tournament trail for a few years, chasing that dream of becoming a professional fisherman.

Micah Tribelhorn
Micah started with Scott's Tractor & Equipment in 2012. Micah joined our team out of a desire to learn the field of sales from an established local business with a reputation for honesty and quality. He brings with him, experience in customer service, a strong sense of honesty, and a desire to learn.
He currently working in sales, and assisting Doug Chapman in the parts departmant.
Micah has lived his whole life in the greater Kansas City area, and has two younger brothers and a younger sister. He is a self professed "Car Guy", and enjoys photography, and researching the latest in technology in his spare time.

Dave Olson
Dave joined Scott's Tractor in 2012. He has eight years experience in the area of civil and residential construction material handling equipment. Over ten years in customer service.
He enjoys spending time with his family and working on outdoor, building, and automotive projects at the homestead.
